The initial consultation is where I can find out more about you, so that I can design a personal training programme that is exclusive to you.
During this meeting (which will normally last between 30 minutes to an hour), we will discuss your lifestyle and your goals.
When you book the consultation, I will give you some forms to fill in such as a food diary, & maybe a sleep & stress diary as these are all factors that can have a massive impact on how you achieve your goals. You could be doing some great training, but not achieving your goals. This can all be due to your diet, how much stress you have in your life & your sleeping patterns. We can discuss these forms at this meeting & I can make some initial recommendations. These will be analysed in more depth should you go on to have some personal training sessions.
This meeting is also to give you a chance to get to know me. It's important that you feel comfortable with me as we'll be working closely together.
Should you decide to go ahead with some personal training sessions, we will book further sessions convenient to you where we can build on this initial consultation, by doing health & fitness appraisals & goal setting. You will then get a training programme exclusive to you.
